How a website gets folded
Six steps, each ending in something you can see, approve and keep. Most small-business and practice websites go live in under two weeks, at a fixed price with no surprise fees.
The six steps
- 1Day 1
Plan and quote
A 15-minute call, then a written plan: pages, features, a fixed quote and dates.
- 2Days 1–3
Structure and words
Sitemap and page copy. We write it with you, so design starts from real content.
- 3Days 3–6
Design
Phone and desktop designs on your brand. You review real pages, not mood boards.
- 4Days 6–11
Build
Hand-built templates, booking and forms, analytics and SEO, fast from the start.
- 5Days 11–14
Test and launch
Real-phone testing, accessibility and security checks, redirects, then launch.
- 6Month 1
Free fixes
Small fixes and updates free for a month. After that, a care plan if you want one.

- Quick feedback at each review, usually within two days
What you get at handover

- Analytics, Search Console and Business Profile connected
- A redirect map from your old URLs
- A full backup of the finished site
Questions
About the process
How involved do we need to be?
A few short check-ins over the two weeks: a kickoff, a content call, a design review and a final check. Quick answers from you are what keep the timeline under two weeks. We send short updates so you never have to chase us.
What if we need changes after launch?
Your first month after launch is free for small fixes and updates. After that, a monthly care plan covers updates, SEO, fixes and content changes, or we quote changes individually, whichever suits you.
Do you use templates?
No. We reuse our own tested building blocks (forms, accessibility patterns, performance setup), but every design is made for your business.
What if the project changes halfway?
It happens. We tell you the effect on time and cost before doing anything new, in writing, and you decide.
