Websites for healthcare providers
Booking-first websites for practices of every kind: insurance and providers done properly, fast on a phone, accessible, and careful with patient privacy.

Where practice websites lose patients
Plenty of people look for care late at night, when your front desk is closed. If calling is the only option, many close the tab and keep searching.
It’s the first question, and on most practice sites the answer is buried or missing. People choose the practice that answers it.
Which provider? In person or video? Can you see me in my state? Uncertainty about any of these is a reason to look elsewhere.
Builder-heavy practice sites often take several seconds to show anything on mobile, which is where most of your visitors are.
Thin Business Profiles and no condition or treatment pages mean the practice down the road gets the call.
Mental health sites should say what to do in an emergency. It’s responsible, and the people who need it notice.

Questions practices ask
A marketing website shouldn’t handle protected health information at all, so we design it not to. Booking and intake happen in your HIPAA-compliant platform (the one you have a BAA with). Our contact forms ask for contact details only, and we don’t put ad-tracking pixels on patient pages. We’ll happily work alongside your compliance lead; this isn’t legal advice.
Yes. We link or embed the booking tools practices actually use, including SimplePractice, Tebra, Jane, IntakeQ, Zocdoc, Calendly, and Boulevard or Vagaro for med spas. Where a platform offers an embeddable widget, we style the page around it so it doesn’t feel bolted on.
Yes, and it should. We show licensing by state, explain the “you must be physically located in…” rule plainly, and can give each state its own page so you’re found in each one.
We can. Most practices give us a 45-minute call and their notes; we write service and condition pages in plain, warm language, and you review every word for clinical accuracy before anything goes live.
Most practice websites go live in under two weeks. The main variable is how quickly we can confirm provider details, insurance and approvals. You get a dated plan up front.
It depends on the number of providers, locations and services. Request a quote and you’ll get a fixed price in writing before any work starts, with no hidden or surprise fees. The first month after launch includes small fixes and updates free.
Not if it’s done carefully. We keep the addresses that work, redirect everything else, carry over titles and descriptions, and update your Business Profile links on launch day.
Yes. We build to WCAG 2.2 AA, test with a keyboard and a screen reader, and add an accessibility statement. Accessibility is part of the build, not an overlay widget.
Yes. We’re based in Toronto, and one of our med spa clients has locations in Toronto and Collingwood.

Fifteen minutes is enough to tell you what we’d change, how long it would take and what it would cost. No pressure, no pitch deck.
