Do you only design, or build too?
Both. Most clients have us design and build, so nothing gets lost between the two. If you have your own developers, we hand over organized design files and a component library they can work from.
How do you make sure a design works before it’s built?
With clickable prototypes. You (and ideally a few real customers) try the key tasks on a phone before a line of production code is written.
Can you improve our current site without a redesign?
Often, yes. A UX audit usually finds a handful of changes, to navigation, forms and calls to action, that make a measurable difference on their own.
