The brief
Temi & Keri build modern luxury homes in Houston. Their first residence, on W 15th Street in The Heights, was still being designed, and luxury buyers want to see inside before they call. The site had to feel like a residence brochure, not a builder’s template.
What we built
- A full-screen residence story: living room, kitchen, primary suite, spa bath and roof terrace, room by room
- Drag-to-look-around 360° views of the main rooms, on phone and desktop
- Key facts in one line: four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 3,200+ sq ft, roof terrace
- A neighborhood guide to The Heights and a luxury journal
- Register-interest and consultation enquiries, with an owner portal to manage them
- Every rendering labelled as a rendering
