Beauty Mark Med Spa

The brief

Dr. Chika Odili, DNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-C, WCS-C, opened a med spa in Richmond, west of Houston, that also offers primary care and mental health. The site had to present a long menu, from injectables and IV hydration to hormone health and psychiatric care, so it feels calm and premium rather than clinical.

What we built

• A treatment catalogue by category, each treatment with its own page
• Concern pages, so people can start from what bothers them rather than a treatment name
• A founder page that leads with her dual board certification
• Consultation requests with an encrypted copy kept for the owner, and a clear “not for emergencies” note
• An owner portal: services and prices, memberships, hours, contact details and enquiries, all without wp-admin
• WCAG 2.2 AA checks with no violations on every template
