Frost Mental Health offers online psychiatric care for adults in California and Florida. The old homepage opened with “Welcome To” over a looping brain video, listed symptoms rather than services, and pictured one provider. It needed to say what the practice does in the first line, introduce the whole team, answer insurance questions and make booking easy on a phone.
The practice’s teal, gold and green stayed, refined into a calmer palette, so returning patients still recognise it.
Fraunces headlines with Inter text: warm and personal, and easy to read on a phone.
4 scripts and 6 stylesheets on the homepage instead of 18 and 40, and no background video.
